So you do not click into your skis at the front door. Your ski day still begins in the building, though: equipment and ski lessons are organised right here, which usually saves more time in the morning than a slope outside the door.
The apartments combine plenty of space, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a ski room and short distances inside the building. Exactly the things that noticeably relieve families on a ski holiday.
They are self-catering holiday apartments. Each apartment in Kaprun has its own kitchen, living area and bathroom – it is not a hotel room. Unlike an aparthotel there is no 24-hour reception. Instead you follow your own rhythm and can reach the Oberschneider family personally at any time.

Yes. For stays during the seasonal validity, the Summer Card is included in the price – with mountain lifts, boat trips on the Zeller See and over 200 further services. Which services are currently included can vary by season.
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, we refund the total amount less a processing fee. After that the refund is staggered: 50 % from 30–15 days before arrival, 30 % from 14–8 days and 10 % from 7–0 days; in case of no-show the full price is due. We especially recommend travel insurance for high-season bookings.
