Terms and conditions

The Austrian Hotel Contract Terms 2006 (AGBH 2006) in the version of 15 November 2006 apply. In addition:

• ad 4.1: Your apartment is available from 15:00 at the latest on the day of arrival.
• ad 4.3: The rented rooms must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.
• § 13 does not apply, as pets are not permitted.
• Cancellation: if you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, we refund the total amount less a processing fee. After that: 50 % refund 30–15 days before arrival, 30 % 14–8 days, 10 % 7–0 days. In case of no-show, the full price is due.
